FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

With over a decade of experience across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate, Nic has been directly involved in the acquisition, management, and disposition of millions of square feet of commercial real estate assets. His background spans both institutional investment platforms and hands-on property operations, allowing him to bridge high-level strategy with on-the-ground execution in a way that drives measurable results.

Known for his detail-oriented and performance-driven approach, Nic specializes in simplifying complex real estate challenges and unlocking value for both property owners and tenants. His work is grounded in clarity, accountability, and a deep understanding of how real estate operates beyond the transaction.

Nic holds a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Indianapolis and an MBA from Florida State University with a specialization in real estate. He earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), demonstrating advanced expertise in commercial real estate management.

He is based in Tampa, Florida, where he lives with his girlfriend Rachel, their dog Nola, and their two cats, Gaston and Meeko. Outside of work, Nic enjoys traveling and hiking through national parks.
